With 2 GW of solar and energy storage projects we are well positioned for continued success in the rapidly growing clean energy sector.  Summary Description:  The Manager of Project Engineering will be responsible for managing a team of 1-5 Project Engineers in all engineering aspects of large-scale renewable energy projects from the conceptual stage to final implementation, ensuring successful delivery in terms of cost, quality, safety, and timeline.  Job Responsibilities:  Engineering Design &amp; Coordination  <ul><li>Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of utility-scale solar (PV), energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and transmission line projects.  </li></ul><ul><li>Manage all technical and engineering aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations across all project phases.  </li></ul><ul><li>Implement the latest technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.  </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing of materials and equipment. </li></ul> Project Support &amp; Documentation  <ul><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to management, clients, and stakeholders.  </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover.  </li></ul><ul><li>Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all engineering documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with project goals and compliance standards. </li></ul> Vendor &amp; Client Communication  <ul><li>Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.  </li></ul><ul><li>Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.  </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure alignment and successful project execution. </li></ul> Construction &amp; Field Support  <ul><li>Support field execution by ensuring engineering plans are constructible and aligned with site conditions.  </li></ul><ul><li>Foster a culture of safety and ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental policies.  </li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical oversight during construction and commissioning phases to ensure successful implementation. </li></ul> Leadership &amp; Team Development  <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 1–5 Project Engineers.  </li></ul><ul><li>Promote a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on excellence and innovation.  </li></ul><ul><li>Provide strategic direction and support for team growth and professional development. </li></ul>Qualifications Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; advanced degree or professional engineering (PE) license preferred.  </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector.  </li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in managing and executing large-scale engineering projects.  </li></ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of solar energy technology, battery storage systems, grid integration, and associated regulatory requirements.  </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.  </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in relevant engineering software and project management tools.  </li></ul>
