If you’re the kind of person who sees a problem, develops a solution, and engineers an improvement no one’s asked for yet, then we want to talk with you! </p><p>As a Drive Unit Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will develop improvements to state-of-the-art Motor-Gearbox, investigate electro-mechanical issues, and implement solutions. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role:</strong> </p><ul><li>Design, Release and Manage Drive unit CAD and BOM for all Drive units in production. </li><li>Lead investigation of continuous improvement activities of a high voltage electro-mechanical system </li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate actions between design, manufacturing, quality and production </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and implement Design-For-Assembly, Design-For-Manufacturing and cost savings activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Work with cross functional teams to develop solutions, root cause issues on the production line and in the vehicle as needed.</li><li>Build and test prototype solutions to test new ideas and solutions. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p><ul><li>6+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree or 3+ years of work experience with a Masters degree.
