Use tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to translate marketing performance into actionable insights. Own budget management, paid media effectiveness, lead funnel health, and email marketing performance.</li><li>Sales Enablement: Act as a critical partner to Sales and Product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Develop sales enablement tools that empower our team, including battlecards, compelling case studies, and well-crafted sales decks that simplify complex ESG concepts.</li><li>Brand and Communication: Ensure a consistent brand voice and experience across every customer touchpoint. Champion Novisto's brand credibility by demonstrating a deep understanding of ESG frameworks and regulations, positioning the company as a true expert.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>ESG Acumen &amp; Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the evolving ESG landscape, including key frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure rules), and reporting standards.</li><li>SaaS Marketing Leadership: 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams and digital programs that drive measurable growth in enterprise or B2B segments.</li><li>Data-Driven Mindset: A data-first mindset and fluency in KPIs, attribution models, funnel metrics, and telling the story behind the numbers.
