We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to support the daily operations of our Dublin office. This role is essential to ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting the team in achieving their goals.Key Responsibilities:Front of House:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. </li><li>Answering and routing incoming phone calls.</li></ul>Office Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain office supplies including canteen supplies and stationery and coordinate with Managing Director to ensure a well-organised and professional environment.</li><li>Ensuring communal areas (reception, canteen, meeting rooms) are well-stocked and tidy.</li><li>Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.</li></ul>Visitor Support:<ul><li>Scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting international visitors with local arrangements such as accommodation, catering, meeting room bookings and transport.</li></ul>Event &amp; Meeting Coordination:<ul><li>Assist in organising internal events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety:<ul><li>Support adherence to company policies and local regulations. Help maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.</li></ul>
