GFL Environmental is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our company’s health and welfare programs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting employees with care and accuracy.  <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and EAP benefits programs.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between employees, carriers, and third-party vendors.</li><li>Provide guidance on eligibility, plan provisions, and enrollment processes.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile benefits records and billing for multiple plans.</li><li>Support new hire orientations, acquisitions, and annual enrollment activities.</li><li>Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and exceptional service.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably with HR coursework.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of benefits administration experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of welfare benefit plan documents and billing reconciliations.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
