Working on the production line, you’ll be responsible for various assemblies and installations in your assigned area while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.<h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul> <li>Perform mechanical assemblies and installations using various tools and materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Review blueprints, work instructions, and part lists to prepare for daily tasks.</li> <li>Build to specification by following technical drawings and using measurement tools and basic math skills.</li> <li>Follow all safety procedures and support a culture of workplace safety.</li> <li>Work with the team to meet production targets by staying organized, managing time, and communicating clearly.</li> </ul><h3>What You Need to be Successful </h3><ul> <li>Experience using hand, air, and power tools. </li> <li>Familiarity with measuring equipment and tools. </li> <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and follow blueprints, measurements and work instructions. </li> <li>Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an asset. </li> <li>Reliable and punctual with the ability to work regular shifts and overtime as needed. </li> </ul>Physical requirements:<ul> <li>Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and work at heights.</li> <li>Exposure to vibration and moving mechanical parts is common.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Generous compensation package.</li> <li>A 40-hour working week, structured as four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.</li> <li>Ongoing employee development through a variety of in-house training initiatives.</li> </ul><h3>Our Why</h3>We move people.
