<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in infrastructure and road projects to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our projects through accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.</p><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and road projects</li><li>Develop and manage project budgets, forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Analyze contract documents and prepare tender packages</li><li>Negotiate and administer contracts with contractors and suppliers</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities</li><li>Monitor project costs and report on variances</li><li>Prepare and analyze cost reports for project stakeholders</li><li>Assess and value variations and claims</li><li>Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to optimize project costs</li><li>Stay updated on local construction regulations and standards in the UAE</li></ul>
