Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on failure analysis, product performance, and warranty including estimated expense and time</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to ensure aftermarket readiness for new product launches and launches of key product changes</li><li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships between company and dealer/customers and demonstrate an awareness of customer needs, preferences, time and financial constraints</li><li>Ensure adequate materials and parts planning to address field service issues as they arise</li><li>Under close supervision, perform basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned, as well as general industry engineering standards and processes.</li><li>Collaborate as needed with other engineering or business support disciplines internally as well as suppliers externally.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal and external customers, and outside resources concerning technical issues.</li><li>Enforce the proper use of engineering criteria and drawing standards.
