Process capability studies. Problem analysis and establish root cause, Plan and Implement CAPA.-Improves and maintain QMS within the plant &amp; Xylem Supplier base. Implement Supplier Quality system, &amp; impart training down the line as and when required To Provide technical assistance and advice to Project Team on inspection levels, materials testing Certification and Handover Documentation Lead and co-ordinate the development and application of Criticality Assessment criteria and Project Quality ProgramsQUALIFICATIONS:-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or DME with additional 2 years’ experience than desired.-Desired Work Experience: At least 4-6 yrs. of working experience in quality department.-ISO Audit Certification, Six Sigma certifications are added advantage for this position.-Excellent Communication skills-Work independently, and proactively-Accountability and self-management -Strong interpersonal skill-Organized-Accuracy in work-Collaboration-Consistently works effectively and cooperatively with team members and fellow project team leaders, other employees and external customers-Problem solving capabilities-Gently assertive, flexible and adaptable- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines-Time management and resource planning/management-Quality Audit processes, procedure and records-International Standards and Company policies and Procedures -Knowledge on ISO 9000,Six Sigma and other quality system-Proficiency in English level in both written and verbal communication.Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
