In this role, you’ll offer sales guidance, training, and real-time support to help agents meet their targets, while collecting feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring quality data. You’ll also speak directly with farmers to support loan repayments and share insights that improve team strategy and performance.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Make outbound calls to field agents to support agents to succeed.
