The service team plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer experience while answering customer inquiries related to solar system service calls. You will be serving as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely solutions to clients. This is an in-office opportunity.</span></div><br><br><h3>Essential Functions and Duties: </h3><ul><li>Monitoring customer solar systems and educating homeowners on system efficiency and productivity </li><li>Creating and tracking work orders and workflow maintenance requests in a timely manner. </li><li>Handling invoicing for all service tickets and coordinating payment with accounting </li><li>Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support</li><li>Serving as a liaison between our customers and technicians</li><li>Working with scheduling to confirm service visits </li><li>Answering customer concerns or service requests regarding their solar products </li><li>Understanding the freedom Solar Power products and the installation process to answer questions </li><li>Assist with other duties and tasks outside of our day-to-day duties</li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Solar experience </li><li>Escalation experience </li><li>At least 1 year of high-volume customer engagement experience.</li><li>Must be able to multitask and handle working under pressure.</li><li>Prior solar experience in monitoring, sales, or service capacity is a strong plus!  </li><li>Strong computer skills.</li><li>Must possess professionalism and a positive attitude. </li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</h3><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to handle high-stress calls and customer escalations.</li><li>Working knowledge of the solar industry, installation processes, or electrical.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to self-manage.</li><li>Ability to manage projects in pipelines.</li><li>Team mentality.</li><li>Flexible to change. </li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
