We are seeking an experienced and innovative Engineer, Metal Structures to join our team and help revolutionize industrial heat at scale.  As part of the Structures and Insulations team under the Product Engineering organization, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the design of various subsystems within Rondo's Heat Batteries aligns with product requirements and meets performance criteria, including manufacturability and constructability as well as cost-effectiveness.  Your work in this role will be instrumental in driving the success of Rondo's Heat Batteries and our mission to decarbonize the world. Join our team and together we can reduce world CO₂ emissions by 1% in 10 years, and by 15% in 15 years!  What You Will Do (key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to): <ul><li>Lead the design and development of metal assemblies in Rondo Heat Battery. Assemblies include enclosures, insulation wall systems or various assemblies of air management system such as louvers, ducts, plenums, pipes, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>Execute structural designs including load calculations, safety margins, and code validation.
