AECOM Technical Services, Inc., is seeking a Project Manager III in Austin TX.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with Contractors and A&amp;E Design Team during construction project timeline.</li><li>Coordinate Design Team actions and approval processes.</li><li>Coordinate Value Engineering initiatives.</li><li>Review Cash flow projections as needed.</li><li>Monitor Budget and Schedule adherence.</li><li>Manage Owner-directed vendors and consultants through coordination efforts.</li><li>Establishes operational objectives and work plans.</li><li>Develops, modifies, executes program polices that affect immediate operations and may have program-wide effect.</li><li>Oversees the administration of certain procedures during the program wide construction and design cycle.</li><li>Provides overall management administration to projects and assists in establishing projects specific objectives and policies.</li><li>Provides technical direction and guidance to other project managers, implement company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with the client standards.</li><li>Applies financial terminology, measures, financial data analysis concepts and principles in assignments.</li><li>Recognizes processes/project actions that may lead to project financial impact.</li><li>Reviews pre-construction documents.</li><li>Provides analysis and recommendations to the leadership team regarding contract disputes, schedule variances, change orders (CO) and propose change orders (PCO).</li><li>Construction and design schedule review and analysis.</li><li>Project specific responsibilities including supporting project from inception to completion, coordinating design review comments, providing quality assurance, observing and certifying work in place as part of processing invoices, managing change management (RFI), tracking project status and quality compliance relative to schedule, cost control, and quality.</li></ul>Full-time.
