Join our world-class team today.  Position Specific DescriptionThe Principal Financial Analyst plays a critical role in providing strategic financial analysis, planning, and decision support to drive business performance and growth. This senior-level position requires advanced analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and the ability to influence key stakeholders across the organization. Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong understanding of FP&amp;A concepts with proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis</li><li>Ability to read and analyze financial statements</li><li>Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to communicate the “so what” clearly and concisely to appropriate stakeholders and audiences</li><li>Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis</li><li>Conduct complex financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments</li><li>Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership</li><li>Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning</li><li>Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights</li><li>Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and business cases</li><li>Ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize, and/or solve problems</li><li>Experience in SAP reporting tools (BPC/BOBJ), Utilities International (UI), &amp; PowerPlan </li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles</li><li>Advanced user of Excel</li></ul>
