By connecting strategic direction with everyday execution, People Operations helps ensure smooth processes, aligned teams, and a work environment where individuals and leaders thrive.This role is a high-visibility, hands-on role tailored for a sharp and proactive professional with 1–3 years of experience. You’ll be at the heart of HR and team operations, providing critical support to the team , maintaining operational precision across teams, and ensuring seamless administrative and communication flow.
