This position will be responsible for Initial engagement, first impressions, and white glove treatment of leads while confirming intent and matching leads with the best available trusted installer. Experience in a sales call center environment is key to being successful in this role. The position is remote.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;"><b>What you will do</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase, solar value proposition, basic needs analysis, as well as a high-level overview solar buying process </span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">After qualification, schedule customers with installers to conduct a solar consultation to include design and pricing with a Solar Specialist (virtual/in person options vary by company)</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Track customer interactions with customer service tickets</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Post appointment follow-up may be required to ensure a positive customer experience and potential re-direction of customer to a different installer more suited to meet the customer’s needs</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;"><b>Who you are and what you bring</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">2+ years of call center experience</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Bachelor's degree preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Proven track record of setting appointments for solar consultations to homeowner customers</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Demonstrated experience in lead qualification and appointment setting</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity</span></li><li><span style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:11.0pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li></ul><p><span>The base pay for this position is $28.85 </span><span>per hour. This base salary may be </span><span>modified</span><span> in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be </span><span>determined</span><span> based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.</span> </p>
