Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Perform simple activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Raise gaps relevant to the SOP/DTP. Escalate to Senior and Team Lead for process alignment. </li><li>Escalates identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.</li><li>Ability to recognize when tasks or scenarios outside of normal. Raise to senior team member and team lead. </li><li>Understand which transactions require audit for compliance SOX audit.</li><li>Assist in the data gathering for report creation.</li><li>Ensures accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems.</li><li>Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.</li><li>Monitor and respond to Employee Centre support simple requests. </li><li>Understanding task prioritization and ensuring delivery of BAU on day-to-day basis. </li></ul>
