Individual will be responsible for ensuring consistency within the organization in the areas of food safety and quality while maintaining and building relationships with both internal and external customers.Essential Functions/Key Deliverables  <ul><li>Oversee the development and implementation of the Food Safety processes and procedures used to monitor &amp; update quality systems for incoming raw materials, production, and products (Finished and Work in Process) to ensure compliance to all regulatory, customer, and company requirements.</li><li>HARA team member</li><li>Oversees the BRCGS food safety program for the US facilities.</li><li>Addresses BRCGS deviations on an immediate and ongoing basis and assists in the training and development of production personnel in these areas.</li><li>Conducts, implements yearly reassessment of food safety programs, BRCGS training for the US facilities.</li><li>Conducts internal and exterior audits as required.</li><li>Oversees the US processes and quality metrics.</li><li>Oversees the US R&amp;D Excellence Lab personnel, processes, and testing.</li><li>Maintain effective working relationship with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Purchasing and Operations. Provide timely, accurate, and relevant data to enable them to effectively manage the business.</li><li>Leads the onboarding of new customers by completing all customer required documentation, providing product specifications, food safety information, regulatory documents and any other information required.</li><li>Maintain effective working relationship with customers through continuous support and monitoring customer engagement.</li><li>Oversees the US Customer Technical Service personnel and processes to ensure customer needs are met.</li><li>Maintain a professional working relationship with regulatory bodies.
