A strong understanding of our business context and internal talent landscape will be essential to effectively deliver on these responsibilities.Your key responsibilities shall cover the following: Performance Management<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, including the design and implementation of goal-setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and calibration processes.</li><li>Drive a performance culture that supports continuous development, business alignment, and fair, transparent evaluation.</li></ul>Talent Reviews &amp; Succession Planning<ul><li>Oversee the company’s annual and ongoing talent review processes.</li><li>Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify critical roles, succession pipelines, and development needs for high-potential employees.</li><li>Support the integration of talent insights into workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.</li></ul>Career Development &amp; Progression<ul><li>Develop and manage frameworks for career development and career progression, aligned with our job architecture and business strategy.</li><li>Ensure visibility and accessibility of career pathways for employees at all levels.</li><li>Support individual development planning through guidance, tools, and learning opportunities.</li></ul>Career Pathways &amp; Internal Mobility<ul><li>Promote internal mobility by clearly articulating career paths and facilitating employee movement across roles and functions.</li><li>Partner with HR and business stakeholders to proactively identify mobility opportunities and talent matches.</li><li>Monitor internal mobility trends and develop targeted initiatives to support talent retention and growth.</li></ul>Coaching, Mentoring &amp; Development Programs<ul><li>Design and support development interventions such as coaching, mentoring, and peer-learning programs to foster a continuous development culture.</li><li>Align development programs with the needs identified in performance reviews and talent assessments.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>A holder of Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant exposure to Talent, Career, or Performance Management.</li><li>Proven experience working with or within a business environment similar to our current business operations</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of our organization’s structure, roles, and internal talent dynamics.</li><li>Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday), talent tools, and development frameworks.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
