This role involves strategic thinking, budget management, and leadership of our Lincoln Operations team to achieve TMUK goals.  You will have full site responsibility as the senior person in TMUK Lincoln, reporting to the General Manager for TMUK sites in Shipley, Lincoln and Presteigne.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives, contributing to the overall growth and profit of TMUK.</li><li>Oversee the sites delivery, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer on time delivery.</li><li>Control operational budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively to deliver improved margins.</li><li>Lead a motivated a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.</li><li>Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, and adhering to regulation.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement in operational processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Oversee stock, inventory levels and payment terms, ensuring optimal levels to support production whilst managing a cash position.</li><li>Work companywide to ensure a smooth operational delivery to external and internal customers.</li><li>Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Oversee strategic procurement direction to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.</li><li>Be an active and contributing member of our TMUK Senior Leadership Team, continuing our journey to double in size over 5-years</li></ul>What we're looking for in you:<ul><li>Ideally have experience working within the Defence or Electronics industries</li><li>Senior Operations Management and Leadership experience preferably within a technology manufacturing environments</li><li>Experience of working within a project driven environment</li><li>Tangible experience of delivering results in high pressure manufacturing environments</li><li>Have a strong customer delivery focus</li><li>Ability to manage specific resolution &amp; improvement projects</li><li>Experience of delivering business Change within a manufacturing/engineering environment</li><li>Experience of Business Risk Management</li><li>Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills with the drive and ability to motivate and inspire multi-functional teams to achieve business targets</li><li>Self-motivated.
