All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.About the Role: The Document Control / Secretary will be responsible for managing all project documentation processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with document control procedures. The role will support engineering and management teams in document registration, retrieval, archiving, and communication workflows.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update document management systems (DMS) for incoming/outgoing documents</li><li>Log, track, and archive correspondence, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports</li><li>Ensure document templates and standards are applied consistently across the project</li><li>Support technical and commercial teams with documentation workflows and audit trails</li><li>Coordinate with client and contractor document controllers for compliance and exchange</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BSc or Diploma in Administration, Engineering, or relevant field</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in document control for infrastructure or rail/metro projects</li><li>Strong command of MS Office, Aconex, EDMS, or other DMS platforms</li><li>Familiarity with RTA documentation protocols preferred</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Surbana Jurong, we bring together talent, teamwork, innovation, and a dynamic workplace to solve complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.
