All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.About the Role: The Contracts / Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all contractual, financial, and commercial aspects of the project in line with FIDIC principles, client expectations, and Surbana Jurong’s governance. This role plays a key part in risk management, claims strategy, and cost controls.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate consultancy and subcontract agreements</li><li>Manage commercial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities</li><li>Administer claims, variations, and contractual correspondence</li><li>Ensure compliance with RTA and UAE contractual requirements</li><li>Collaborate with legal, technical, and procurement teams to mitigate risk and ensure project profitability</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MSc/BSc in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commercial Management</li><li>Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts and commercial roles on metro or infrastructure projects</li><li>In-depth understanding of FIDIC forms of contract, RTA contract frameworks, and GCC regulations</li><li>Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and cost control skills</li><li>Experience in leading commercial functions for complex, multidisciplinary projects</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Surbana Jurong, we bring together talent, teamwork, innovation, and a dynamic workplace to solve complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.
