Individuals must relocate to the area.The ideal candidate will lead the operational strategy and execution of all facility services across our US and Canadian sites. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for site reliability, operational excellence, and contract management. Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Work in a local service center in Houston or New Iberia, LA</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Manage and lead a fully out-sourced TFM contract, manage all third-party vendors and contractors.</li><li>Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Develop and improve FM services at all sites, working with the TFM service provider and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Establish preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle strategies to support long-term capital planning.</li><li>Project management of larger investments, refurbishments and repairs.</li><li>Familiar with FM software for PM planning and KPI monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Real Estate, Legal, Security, QHSE, IT, Global and Regional Procurement, Operations teams) to align facilities planning with business needs.</li><li>Oversee daily facilities operations including building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), vendor performance, and workplace services.</li><li>Ensure all FM services are performed in compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Lead response efforts for facility-related emergencies and incidents. Do we want to avoid H&amp;S responsibilities in this role?</li><li>Develop and manage FM operating and capital budgets; track expenditures and forecast needs.</li><li>Drive all service levels and their monitoring with the provider including cost-saving initiatives without compromising reliability or service quality.</li><li>Support sourcing strategies and contract negotiations for facilities services and equipment.</li><li>Prepare and present executive-level briefings, reports, and dashboards on facilities performance, risk, and opportunities.</li><li>Communicate technical information in a clear and business-relevant manner to leadership.</li><li>Support monthly and quarterly business reviews and key leadership meetings with insights and recommendations.</li></ul>​​We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 10+ years of related experience and professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, LEED, PMP ) or equivalent preferred.</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, including corporate offices, industrial/logistics/warehousing, or technical spaces.</li><li>Ability to speak English, Spanish and French major plus</li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plans for facility reliability and efficiency.</li><li>Proven ability to navigate between tactical execution and strategic leadership.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS), maintenance protocols, and sustainability practices).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficient in facilities management software and CMMS systems.</li><li>You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.</li><li>Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.</li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
