Sustain Global Service Centre Standards (GSCS) within Depot at all times.</li><li>Ensure all service related documentation is completed inline with Aggreko procedures and process maps. Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and resources and communicate to Area Service Manager where unable to resolve.</li><li>Management of Yard based technicians to ensure servicing and repairs are carried out on time and to the highest quality. Management of CDH inventory to minimise damages or losses. Management of fleet availability, and working with other teams to support MENA fleet availability.</li><li>Provide technical support to clients and internal teams where applicable. Proactively manage manpower planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved with the resources available.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of equipment within the yard to ensure they are stored effectively and Ready to Hire. Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct reports.</li><li>Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities. Aggreko places a strong emphasis on Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental protection.  It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety &amp; Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation, and ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and objectives required by the company.</li><li>Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Higher Education qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications</li><li>Minimum Five years of experience in Power generation or other related fields</li><li>Has extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both</li><li>Availability to travel as and when required</li><li>Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business</li><li>Depot based job but requires frequent visits to the sites</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Effective communication skills. Fluent command of English language, spoken and written</li><li>Experience in Service Mobility ERP System is desired. Effective planning organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to empathize and understand perspectives of others. Good Keyboard skills and Computer literate</li><li>To be able to communicate effectively with customers when required. High level of commitment and loyalty</li><li>Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines.
