<div><b style="font-size:11pt;">Your Mission</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join the People Operations team at BlaBlaCar on a </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">permanent contract</b><span style="font-size:11pt;"> starting </span><b style="font-size:11pt;">October 2025.</b></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">In this individual contributor role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes and systems (from onboarding, offboarding, immigration &amp; relocation, absence (all types of leaves), probation period, occupational visit…), contributing directly to a positive employee experience. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing workflows, managing key HR programs, and supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle at BlablaCar.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;">You will be reporting to the People Operations manager  and working with a team of 4 and working closely with the HR Business Partner Team.</span></div><br><br><h3>Your responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Employee life cycle: </b>Lead the execution of HR processes and policies ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees, while providing visibility to other teams involved when needed.</li><li><b>HR System &amp; Data Management: </b>Manage employee data entry, changes, and reporting, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Maintain and update internal People Operations documentation, policies, and procedures.</li><li><b>Employee Support &amp; Relations: </b>Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related questions through our ticketing system, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as appropriate.</li><li><b>Process Improvement: </b>Identify opportunities to improve and streamline People Operations processes and workflows. Participate in small or medium-sized People Operations projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee experience.</li><li><b>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork: </b>Work closely with other members of the People Team ( HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Learning &amp; Development) to ensure a cohesive and integrated employee experience.
