Foundations Foreman

We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.&nbsp;Summary:&nbsp;Responsible for supervising crew members by ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.&nbsp;Client Relationship Management Accountabilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Provides excellence in the management and delivery of the project, in-line with the client’s expectations.</li></ul>Planning:&nbsp;<ul><li>Reports information about site activities including routing, fence crossings, traffic flow, water flow, moving farm animals, and hazards to the Superintendent.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilizes and direct staff for daily construction activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Identifies potential workflow and staffing issues.</li><li>Evaluates on-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready and address any concerns.</li><li>Translates general work requirements into a prioritized work plan and communicates it to the crew.</li></ul>&nbsp;Leadership:&nbsp;<ul><li>Directs, guides, and coaches Craft to ensure activities on site are understood and following established processes through quality checks.</li><li>Follows processes for systems and communication lines on site and ensure implementation is consistent.</li><li>Assists with managing Craft personnel.</li><li>Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensures that project is utilizing Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Managements Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and technical procedures.</li><li>Identifies and mitigates potential employee relations issues.</li><li>Assigns tasks and oversees the execution of the work including quality and production. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years experience working in a construction environment.</li><li>High School Diploma/GED required.</li><li>Valid driver’s license required. </li></ul>Anticipate Pay Range:&nbsp;$25.00-$28.00&nbsp;Per Diem of $128.57&nbsp;daily to cover lodging, meals and travel during rotation.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;RES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment.
