As an Autonomous Operations Specialist at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.You willYour mission when joining as Autonomous Operations Specialist is to manage and optimize the day-to-day activities, processes, and resources for Daily Operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.<ul><li>Customer Relations: Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners, handle and resolve requests, regular updates and general communication.</li><li>Operations &amp; Coordination: Manage daily operations and planning including resources, documentation, processes &amp; vehicle updates to enable smooth &amp; efficient operation. </li><li>Performance &amp; Support: Analyze, optimize, and report on performance to secure KPIs and SLAs. You'll also support customer deployment projects &amp; leading continuous improvement efforts.</li></ul>We expect you to:Be a strong collaborator and communicator with excellent organizational skills. You should possess a service and solution-oriented mindset, acting independently and confidently in your ability to prioritize and make decisions. A hands-on mentality and an openness to thrive in a fast-scaling environment are also crucial.<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics.</li><li>Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role within operations, autonomous vehicles, logistics, or other relevant settings is a plus.</li><li>Language Skills: Written and verbal fluency in English &amp; Swedish.</li><li>Technical Interest: Demonstrated interest in new technologies, specifically within electric &amp; autonomous transport, and sustainability.</li><li>Location: Einride office in Gothenburg with occasional customer and other stakeholder visits. </li><li>Other: Safety focused mindset, flexibility &amp; clear communication are key skills for this role. </li></ul>This is a full-time position based at our office in Gothenburg. Of course, we have a modern and hybrid set-up that allows you to partly work from home but our expectations is that you also are present at our office in Gothenburg.
