We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission when joining the procurement team at Einride will be to shape our global procurement strategy, work hand-in-hand with leaders across Einride to understand our unique value proposition and business needs.</p><h3>You will</h3><p>Play a crucial role in building the organizational capabilities necessary to execute our vision, ensuring we're always developing fit-for-purpose solutions and driving our Electric Mobility strategy forward. This means leading the charge on everything from developing partnerships to overseeing major cost improvement initiatives across our supply network. Here's a breakdown of what you'll focus on:</p><ul><li>Develop global procurement &amp; category strategies: Oversee procurement for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicles and Trailers.</li><li>Build a robust supply network: Create sustainable, scalable, and high-performing partnerships for the electric and autonomous transport landscape.</li><li>Manage Source-to-Contract activities: Lead supplier identification, selection, negotiation, and contract lifecycle.</li><li>Drive supplier performance: Collaborate with Operations and Finance to maximize value creation and capture.</li><li>Lead cost improvement initiatives: Spearhead major Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) projects and tenders.</li><li>Cultivate key relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders for effective strategy execution.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><p>Be a strategic and hands-on leader with extensive industry experience in complex global procurement. You'll bring a proven track record of developing and executing category strategies that deliver tangible results. Beyond that, you'll possess proven leadership skills that foster collaboration and enable you to lead cross-functional teams globally.
