This role will be pivotal in establishing and embedding a scalable TMO structure, ensuring change initiatives are strategically aligned, effectively governed, and value-driven.The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in enabling controlled, transparent, and outcome-focused transformation — from digital and cross-functional initiatives to regulatory and strategic change.Key accountabilities:Portfolio &amp; Integrated Planning<ul><li>Accountability for the currency and maintenance of the transformation roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritisation.</li><li>Lead integrated enterprise planning, tracking dependencies, milestones, and risks</li><li>Align change priorities with strategic planning cycles (annual/quarterly)</li><li>Run monthly portfolio reviews with programme and business leads to track spend, progress, benefits, and risks</li></ul>Risk &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Oversee the transformation risk and issue framework across all programmes</li><li>Ensure risk mitigation, escalation, and reporting to steering and executive committees</li><li>Own performance tracking and KPIs; drive continuous improvement using insights and data</li><li>Drive post-implementation and quality assurance reviews</li></ul>Value Realisation &amp; Benefits Tracking<ul><li>Design and embed a benefits realisation framework with measurable value tracking across initiatives</li><li>Ensure business cases are robust and transformation efforts deliver expected outcomes</li><li>Support Business case development</li></ul>Capability &amp; Excellence<ul><li>Build and lead a Centre of Excellence for change delivery, embedding best practices in planning, reporting, assurance, and governance</li><li>Lead resource and capacity planning to ensure the right capabilities are in place.</li><li>Externally benchmark change maturity and continuously enhance TMO capabilities</li></ul>Previous experience:<ul><li>Proven delivery assurance across large, cross-functional transformation programmes</li><li>Exceptional leadership, influence, and stakeholder management at executive level</li><li>Expertise in benefits realisation, risk management, and integrated planning</li><li>Experience working in an agile or hybrid project environment is a plus</li></ul>Why should you apply?       We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
