GEA is looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team in Lisbon in a pivotal role supporting commercial sales and service operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, website) and ensure timely follow-up through internal coordination.</li><li>Handle quotation requests, prepare quotations for standard spare parts or machines, and follow up with customers.</li><li>Oversee purchase orders, create sales orders, manage logistics, and coordinate internal processes to guarantee on-time delivery.</li><li>Manage customer invoicing and debt collection.</li><li>Handle claim management, warranties, and incident resolution.</li><li>Maintain CRM data (opportunities, leads, service tickets, contracts).</li><li>Prepare documentation for third-party collaborations.</li><li>Occasional travel to factories or customer sites.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Engineering or related technological sciences (preferably Mechanical Engineering), with additional business or marketing education.</li><li>3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Industrial Refrigeration or related fields.</li><li>Native Portuguese speaker.</li><li>High proficiency in Spanish and English (business level).</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently within Spain/Portugal and occasionally across Europe.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP).</li><li>Proven track record in maintaining proactive business relationships with customers, key accounts, and stakeholders.</li><li>Structured problem-solving skills and strong data analysis capabilities.</li><li>Financial knowledge of company key figures is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure.</li><li>Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package.</li><li>Flexible working hours and the option for remote work (two days per week).</li><li>22 days of vacation per year.</li><li>Great work environment as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Internal training and career development opportunities—national and international</li><li>Join a company recognized as a "Top Employer 2025."</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
