We’re seeking a detail-oriented IT Administrative specialist to support and coordinate our IT leadership team. In this role, you’ll manage administrative tasks, optimize mobile costs, coordinate technology requests, and support procurement and budgeting processes.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze mobile plans to identify cost savings and manage device lifecycles.</li><li>Create and track POs, submit capital expenditure requests, and assist with budget tracking.</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for basic tech requests and assist with M&amp;A data cleansing.</li><li>Coordinate IT leadership schedules, meetings, documentation, and outgoing shipments.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years in an administrative or coordination role; experience creating POs or financial requisitions.</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Preferred: IT department experience, mobility management knowledge, and familiarity with Workday.</li></ul>Why Join Us: Gain exposure to IT operations, collaborate with leadership, and grow in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.  We thank you for your interest.
