AECOM is seeking an FP&amp;A Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, budgeting, reporting, and long-range planning for the Enterprise FP&amp;A function.  In this role, the selected candidate will support the development and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives by providing accurate, insightful and timely finance support and analysis. This individual will be required to work closely with counterparts across our global entities to ensure accurate analysis and presentation of the company’s financial performance metrics, supporting the delivery of key departmental initiatives and communicating monthly business results against agreed performance targets. Reporting to the Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, the Analyst will be involved in the annual operating planning process, will provide financial consulting and strategic support to corporate leadership, including identifying, researching, analyzing and presenting critical business drivers, trends and project-level analysis. This will be an in-office position based in the Dallas, TX area.Position responsibilities to include:<ul><li>Support annual and long-range portfolio planning for all geographies / business units</li><li>Manage annual capital planning, forecasting, and reporting processes</li><li>Prepare deliverables for executives in both Excel and PowerPoint for various purposes, including monthly / quarterly variance analyses, identification of risks and opportunities, and cash forecasting</li><li>Collaborate with internal customers (i.e. transaction managers, project managers, tax, treasury, and FP&amp;A) to establish and maintain metrics for cost savings, post M&amp;A integration-related activities, portfolio performance, and management reporting</li><li>Perform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses and research assignments related to corporate finance and real estate special projects</li></ul>
