<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Advisor - Safety, Health &amp; Environment to join our team in Al Ain United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring Safety, Health &amp; Environment (SH&amp;E) requirements, ensuring compliance with local legislative and regulatory obligations, as well as project and company standards.</p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all SH&amp;E-related matters in the field and on projects</li><li>Identify and ensure compliance with company, project, and legislative SH&amp;E requirements</li><li>Conduct daily inspections of contractor activities to verify adherence to SH&amp;E policies, plans, and obligations</li><li>Perform visual inspections, report issues, and submit observation findings through the project reporting system</li><li>Follow up on close-outs within established timeframes to ensure timely resolution of issues</li><li>Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures across a wide range of environmental, health, and safety disciplines</li><li>Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems, and procedures</li><li>Monitor and mitigate hazards and health risks present in the work environment</li><li>Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints related to workplace hazards</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SH&amp;E management</li></ul>
