We are looking for someone who will lead and optimize the business systems and processes, including financial, administrative and operations within the Service Department. Ensuring accurate WIP management, Timeous month-end closure, and a high level of service delivery efficiency. The role is both strategic and operational, focusing on system &amp; process development, financial accuracy, reporting, team performance, and operational excellence.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Ensures live, clean WIP and month-end financial integrity that affects divisional performance.</li><li>Responsible for ERP/FSM data accuracy used for performance and margin tracking.</li><li>Ensures that FSE labour costs and charge-out rates are maintained timeously, on an annual basis.</li><li>Participates in all Country Service EXCO &amp; MANCO meetings, as well as any Regional and/or Global meetings that may require input from a reporting/admin perspective.</li><li>Implement &amp; manage roll-out of all ‘new’ processes either defined within role or mandated by Country Service EXCO.</li><li>Designs and implements system/process improvements across FSM, ERP, reporting and SOPs.</li><li>Leads digital and structural optimization projects for the Service Division.</li><li>Monitors P &amp; L and makes recommendations on operational aspects when relevant.</li><li>Assists with maintaining CRM data and actively participates in development initiatives regarding CRM/ERP &amp; FSM.</li><li>Manage all service-related financial processes (WIP, job costing, provisions, cost center control).</li><li>Ensure accurate month-end closure, clean reporting and transparency in margins.</li><li>Lead ERP/FSM improvements, system development, and standardization across regions.</li><li>Drive clean WIP by enforcing monthly reviews, ERP dashboards and team discipline.</li><li> Support FSM rollout, HSE compliance, training coordination, and service marketing events.</li><li>Coach, lead and develop admin and finance teams to drive high performance.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li>Proactive visitation to Service Branch Offices, including those in East Africa (Kenya &amp; Tanzania) and Angola to ensure that all defined processes are being implemented as intended.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Systems or Project Management.</li><li>5+ years in systems, admin, or service finance roles.</li><li>ERP/FSM system leadership experience.</li><li>Strong WIP, costing, and month-end experience.</li><li>Experience with SAP would be beneficial.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
