The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities from end-user support to managing office infrastructure and critical IT systems. </span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do?</h3><ul><li>Install and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS on laptops </li><li>Handle user onboarding and offboarding tasks, including access provisioning </li><li>Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.) </li><li>Work with MDM tools like Intune and Jamf for device provisioning and policy enforcement </li><li>Provide end-user support (Windows, macOS, VPN, email, basic software tools) </li><li>Administer access controls and user/group permissions across systems </li><li>Maintain NAS and GPU servers. </li><li>Manage networking equipment (switches, routers, access points) and ensure reliable office internet </li><li>Monitor and manage firewall configurations and rule changes </li><li>Support Exchange server and commonly used software/tools </li><li>Troubleshoot IPv4 network issues, VPN connectivity, and local DNS/DHCP problems </li></ul><h3>Who are we looking for?</h3><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in system/IT administration or desktop support </li><li>Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments </li><li>Basic understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, switching, and NAT </li><li>Working knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting </li><li>Exposure to MDM tools like Intune or Jamf is a strong plus </li><li>Understanding of user account and access management (AD, SSO, etc.) </li><li>Comfortable with hardware/software setup and support for laptops and desktops </li><li>Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment </li><li>Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude </li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:inherit;">We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
