POSITION SUMMARY:  The Project Coordinator provides specialized administrative support to field industrial services customer projects. The incumbent completes administrative tasks to ensure that customer contracts are appropriately resourced, monitored, and documented. The Project Coordinator communicates and coordinates with field service teams and customers. The incumbent may facilitate a broad array of project support administrative duties, to include ordering supplies, obtaining pricing, and reconcile scheduling and work orders to ensure the project is appropriately documented.        PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:   •    Supports ordering supplies to ensure field industrial services projects are appropriately resourced. •    Supports obtaining customer pricing. •    Prints work orders.  •    Populates labor, materials, equipment detail on daily work report. •    Opens projects and uploads daily work reports and supporting information into EQAI. •    Reconciles daily work report against hours.
