POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Physical Security is responsible for the physical security of Republic Services’ employees and facilities nationwide. This position will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing Republic Services’ physical security vision, strategy and programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to on-site security assessments, preparing facility security standards, managing and coordinating guard services, implementation of video and access controls, ensuring vendor compliance, preparing budgets, and updating and modifying security standards, policies and procedures. This position requires high level analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels on security issues and solutions.
