Project Admin-RSC Business Finance Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting and financial project controlling for a portfolio of projects within a specific geography or market. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers as a business partner, ensuring financial transparency, supporting the Project Managers and Leads in making solid decisions based on facts and driving value for the business.Main responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure that financial reporting provides an accurate and fair view of the project’s financial status.</li><li>Partner with the Project Manager to explain the financial implications of project actuals and forecasts.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to appropriate Revenue Recognition &amp; other global policies across projects.</li><li>Monitor and control the project balance sheet, ensuring the accuracy of its various components and early liquidation.</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in conducting Project Performance Reviews, highlighting any potential risks or deviations from targets.</li><li>Proactively manage and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.</li><li>Ensuring compliance, efficient and seamless execution of financial project management support processes.</li><li>Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation projects.</li></ul>
