Due to business expansion, CIRRO is offering an opportunity for the position of Warehouse Sorting Staff in our warehouse located in Rozenburg near Schiphol Airport.<h2>Tasks</h2>Job description:<ul><li>Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.</li><li>Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.</li><li>Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.</li><li>Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.</li></ul>Key Details:<ul><li>Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time, with shifts across five days, including weekend rotations.</li><li>Physical Nature of Work: This role involves physical activity, including lifting, moving, sorting, and scanning parcels. Candidates should be prepared for manual labor in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.</li><li>0–2 years of experience in logistics or distribution center operations, preferably in hands-on roles.</li><li>Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in Chinese is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Dutch warehouse practices is preferred.</li><li>Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.</li><li>Adaptable, hardworking, and willing to take on challenges in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and contractors.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and addressing logistical challenges.</li><li>This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in active, hands-on environments and are eager to contribute to the seamless operation of a busy distribution center.</li></ul>
