This position will involve a balance of inventory management duties as well as active participation in shipping and receiving task.</span></div><br><br><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and real time visibility for decision making.</li><li>Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Process inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.</li><li>Assist with the shipping process, including packing, labeling, and scheduling shipments.</li><li>Ensure timely and efficient receiving of incoming packages; inspecting shipments for accuracy and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and production, to streamline workflows and optimize stock levels.</li><li>Support ERP inventory module functions, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.</li><li>Assist in order fulfillment and handle returns as needed.</li><li>Train end users on inventory processes, ERP system functionalities, and shipping/receiving processes.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalency certificate.</li><li>Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience in Aerospace or similar industry with ESD (electro-static discharge), mag-safe and other material handling precautions.</li><li>Proven track record of independent execution.</li><li>Experience operating forklifts and other inventory equipment.</li><li>Hands on experience with ERP/ WMS systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.</li><li>Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for inventory tracking and reporting.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Certification in inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or ERP-specific training).</li><li>Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement frameworks.</li><li>Experience designing material handling processes and procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory best practices, including FIFO, cycle counting, and demand forecasting.</li></ul><br><div>Absolutely no recruiting agencies</div>
