<p>We are seeking a dedicated Safety, Health &amp; Environment Specialist II to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures</li><li>Design and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels of the organization</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific standards</li><li>Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports, permits, and regulatory filings</li><li>Collaborate with management to integrate safety practices into all aspects of operations</li><li>Analyze safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies and regulatory bodies on safety-related matters</li><li>Stay updated on emerging safety technologies and best practices in the field</li></ul>
