We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Financial Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance team. In this role, you will support cost reporting, analysis, and allocation for workforce-related expenses across business units, regions, and service lines.You will work closely with the senior finance team and business partners, using tools like Power BI and Excel to develop insightful dashboards and financial models. This position offers great exposure to cross-functional collaboration, financial planning processes, and continuous improvement in reporting and data visualization. Responsibilities &amp; Duties:Financial Planning &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Support the preparation of financial models and templates.</li><li>Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).</li><li>Perform monthly cost variance analysis and support quarterly forecasting.</li><li>Perform month-end close process for GBS cost centres.</li><li>Analyse cost drivers and trends to support informed decision-making.</li></ul>Cost Allocation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Assist in the allocation of workforce-related costs across functions, regions, and internal clients.</li><li>Help build and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal reporting and transparency.</li><li>Contribute to process automation and data validation for improved reporting accuracy.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Partner with service delivery leads and other teams to ensure data alignment.</li><li>Support senior analysts with data preparation, reporting packs, and presentation materials.</li><li>Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team in completing projects and performing FP&amp;A and reporting activities.</li><li>Deliver clear and concise reports to finance stakeholders.</li></ul>
