We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Advanced Manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical, and industrial construction projects across the United States. You will lead field execution, manage subcontractor performance, uphold safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning &amp; Field Execution<ul><li>Lead site-based construction operations, overseeing field superintendents, subcontractors, and administrative staff.</li><li>Develop site-specific construction execution strategies aligned with master schedules and critical milestones.</li><li>Facilitate pre-construction planning and kick-off meetings to review safety protocols, logistics, scope, and resource allocation.</li><li>Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to sequencing, permitting, and quality expectations.</li></ul>Construction Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage scope, cost, risk, procurement, and schedule performance.</li><li>Ensure proper contract administration, including daily reports, subcontractor coordination, RFI/submittal review, and change management.</li><li>Drive accountability among subcontractors and vendors, ensuring alignment with design intent, project specifications, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Lead progress meetings and ensure timely resolution of field conflicts, interface issues, and design clarifications.</li></ul>Safety, Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Serve as the on-site Safety Leader, reinforcing a proactive safety culture and compliance with company and client safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct job hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and ensure site safety audits are completed and acted upon.</li><li>Enforce construction quality standards and participate in QA/QC inspections, punch walks, and system verifications.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Client Engagement<ul><li>Support the evaluation and validation of subcontractor cost impacts, change orders, and claims.</li><li>Participate in procurement processes and assist in developing bid scopes, leveling, and vendor negotiations.</li><li>Serve as the primary client liaison at site level, providing progress updates and addressing concerns to maintain client satisfaction.</li></ul>Commissioning &amp; Project Closeout<ul><li>Coordinate turnover packages, commissioning activities, system startup, and site acceptance processes.</li><li>Ensure project documentation is completed per company and client standards, including as-builts, warranties, and O&amp;M manuals.</li><li>Lead site demobilization and support final financial closeout.</li></ul>
