We are seeking an equally passionate Post Install Coordinator to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach.The Post Install Coordinator is responsible for managing and resolving all tasks following solar installation to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction. This includes coordinating inspections, interconnection agreements, net meter verification, and activation scheduling across departments and markets. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support a seamless transition from installation to system activation.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Track and resolve outstanding projects from release to installer to board across all markets.</li><li>Obtain final inspection letters from municipalities.</li><li>Ensure municipalities send solar permits to utilities in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors to correct failed inspection deficiencies before re-inspection.</li><li>Submit and obtain executed interconnection agreements in partnership with utility contacts.</li><li>Follow up with customers and utilities to verify net meter installation status.</li><li>Complete final utility and state submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with Field Coordinator Supervisor to ensure timely project activation.</li><li>Coordinate with EE Supervisor to schedule and complete required upgrades.</li><li>Communicate regularly with B Stream Post-Installation customers to provide status updates and projected timelines.</li><li>Drive development and measurement of parameters view, call screen, and performance metrics to support market expansion.</li><li>Respond to customer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.</li><li>Collaborate across departments to improve overall customer experience.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned by leadership.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma required.</li><li>3+ years of experience in a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience in the solar industry strongly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills required.</li><li>Knowledge of solar power systems and processes preferred.</li><li>Willingness to complete all steps of the pre-employment screening process.</li></ul>Physical DemandsThe physical requirements outlined are essential for performing the core duties of this role.<ul><li>Primary responsibilities involve regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.</li><li>Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.</li><li>Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.</li></ul>About PosiGenPosiGen is a people-centric, rapidly growing residential solar company committed to making Solar For ALL a reality.
