The Product Manager (Exchanges), role will take on end-to-end ownership of Fastmarkets’ exchange data product offerings within our product portfolio. This position presents a unique opportunity to drive innovation in our existing and new products, aligned to Fastmarkets’ strategic goals. The role will focus on both commercial and digital product outcomes.As a key contributor in our cross-functional squads, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Editorial, Tech, Data, and Design contributors, ensuring that your insights and expertise shape the development process and our commercial propositions. This includes ensuring the commercial teams have all the information that will support the commercial success of new and existing products.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics. Utilize insights to support product strategy and roadmap development, working closely with the Product Director</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and content (editorial, analytics) teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Foster open communication to align on goals and deliverables.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to validate product concepts and gather insights on user needs and pain points.</li><li>Problem Solving: Employ creative problem-solving skills to address challenges throughout the product lifecycle. Innovate solutions that enhance user experience and product functionality.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Initiative: Take initiative to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</li><li>Forecasting &amp; Measurement: Develop forecasts for product direction based on market analysis. Measure progress against goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.</li></ul>
