Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Manufactures, packages and repackages Kluber products adhering strictly to manufacturing instructions and work instructions – deviations during the process are to be documented and reported to the supervisor in a timely manner.</li><li>Carries out all necessary jobs in production independently and with  focus on the overall schedule</li><li>Minimizes waste and disposes of it according to regulations.</li><li>Prevents spills of any kind. In the event of a spill he will react as specified in his training.</li><li>Production area is kept clean, safe and organized on a daily basis.</li><li>Handles all materials and operates equipment in a conscientious and safe manner, prevents harm to health and damage to equipment.</li><li>Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and drum handling equipment whenever necessary.</li><li>Active participation in improving the safety culture (Zero accidents).</li><li>Conform to quality and environmental management policy, manual, standard operating procedures and work instructions and continued improvement.</li><li>Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local, state and federal authorities. </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Vocational school education or above with chemical background preferred.</li><li>Possess a basic knowledge of relevant processes and products.</li><li>2-3 working experience in Chemistry, food and other relevant industry.</li><li>Conscientious about health and safety.  </li><li>Basic English, math and computer skills.  </li><li>Customer focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.  </li><li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Healthy vision either naturally or with correction.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 KG.</li><li>Ability to conduct Confined Space Entries into production kettles.
