You will own the full-cycle recruitment process—from intake and sourcing strategy to closing top-tier candidates—while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a champion of Radiant’s mission to deliver the world’s first portable zero-carbon nuclear microreactor. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, excels at securing the top 5% of talent across disciplines, and takes extreme ownership over outcomes. You will recruit for a diverse range of technical and corporate roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, while also leading Radiant’s university recruiting program to engage the next generation of innovators.
