Your mission Your all-access pass to startup life – Learn HR, Finance &amp; Ops first-hand We’re looking for a motivated and curious Intern or Working Student to join our team as a Founders Associate Intern or Working Student. In this role you will be working closely with our CEO Office Team (People &amp; Operations &amp; Finance) and get hands-on experience in both HR and Finance, while also contributing to wider operational and strategic projects across the company. You will be involved in day-to-day processes that keep our organization running smoothly, from supporting recruitment and onboarding, to helping prepare financial reports, to working on cross-functional initiatives that improve how VIDA operates. Your responsibilities: People &amp; Culture <ul><li>Support in the whole employee lifecycle from recruiting activities, onboarding and People &amp; Culture projects (e.g., engagement surveys, team events, learning initiatives)</li></ul>Finance &amp; Operations <ul><li>Assist our Finance team operationally, e.g. processing invoices, expense reports, and payment runs</li><li>Support peparation of monthly reports and data for management and investors</li><li>Help maintain accurate financial records and compliance documentation</li><li>Contribute to budget tracking and operational cost optimization</li></ul>Cross-Functional Projects <ul><li>Work on high-priority initiatives across the business (e.g., process improvements, research, internal communications)</li><li>Support strategic projects driven by the leadership team</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, or analyses for various stakeholders</li></ul> Is it you we’re looking for? <ul><li>You are a student in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, Finance, or a related field</li><li>You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>You are comfortable working with numbers and have basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets</li><li>You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)</li><li>You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative</li><li>You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly</li><li>Bonus: In case you are applying for an internship we would love to have ypu with us as many months as possible (5+ months)</li></ul> What we offer ⚡Impact: In addition to the impact we make as a company, joining us at this exciting time means you will be instrumental in shaping our future company culture right from the start, allowing you to see the direct impact of your work on the business. ⚡Learning &amp; Responsibility: At VIDA, we don't believe in typical "intern tasks."
