We’re seeking a detail-oriented Collections Administrative Coordinator to support our third-party collections and bankruptcy processes. This role is responsible for maintaining bankruptcy and payables files, coordinating with collection agencies, and providing reporting and administrative support to the home office collections team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience in commercial collections, and a customer-focused mindset.  Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage bankruptcy notifications and filings</li><li>Process third-party collection placements and track agency performance</li><li>Review and verify payments, payables, and NSF items from agencies</li><li>Communicate with branch leadership on disputed accounts</li><li>Maintain reporting logs and agency performance matrices</li><li>Create refund requests in Workday when needed</li><li>Support special projects and document procedural updates</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>3–5 years in commercial collections or accounts receivable</li><li>Experience with bankruptcy filings and vendor coordination</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with AS400 and Soft Pak/Tower a plus</li><li>Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
