We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.<div>POSITION SUMMARY   Expert in environment requiring awareness with other process areas; controls work pace and progress  on equipment; operates within established work routines and occasional supervisory checks.<h3>Core Responsibilities and Tasks</h3><ul><li>Follow all workplace safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards during trailer regeneration activities.</li><li>Read and follow documented regeneration and quality procedures for Mobile DI Trailer systems.</li><li>Unload spent resin tanks from trailers and load regenerated tanks using forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment.</li><li>Evacuate spent resin from tanks, regenerate resin batches according to specifications, and refill tanks with regenerated resin.</li><li>Monitor meters, gauges, and pressures during regeneration to ensure process stability and water quality compliance.</li><li>Perform quality testing on regenerated resin (e.g., conductivity, resistivity, and flow checks) to verify readiness for service.</li><li>Complete all batch records, quality control documentation, and system logs accurately.</li><li>Operate control systems to make necessary adjustments during the regeneration process.</li><li>Perform minor troubleshooting and equipment repairs to maintain safe, efficient operations.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure regenerated trailers are promptly returned to service for customer use.</li></ul>POSITION REQUIREMENTS   <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Minimum three years of experience in an industrial setting </li><li>Knowledge of chemicals used in specific regeneration processes  </li><li>Must be licensed forklift driver or able to obtain forklift certification at time of hire  </li><li>Must understand process flow of carbon/reactivation process   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Mid level machine  troubleshoot and repair process machinery </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly to team members and management   </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products </li><li>Preferred: • Some manufacturing/plant experience preferred • Experience with implementing 5s and lean  manufacturing principles </li></ul>What we can offer you:  Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available on your 1st day of employment Generous retirement saving plan Generous PTO package and paid holidays  Career progression and development plans Company wellness, rewards and recognition, and employee discount programsOur Total Rewards Program goes far beyond base compensation by providing a more fulfilling work experience and offering a competitive benefits package.
